    The extraordinary life story of dance star Sergei Polunin, who at 19 years old became the youngest primo ballerino at the London Royal Ballet, and is now one of the most brilliant and controversial contemporary dancers. Polunin, dubbed by British media as the ‘James Dean’ or ‘Bad Boy’ of ballet, is portrayed in the film as a romantic, tormented figure who managed to popularize the image of classical ballet thanks to his innate talent but also a powerful video directed by David LaChapelle that went viral, in which he dances on the notes of Hozier’s Take Me to Church.

This engaging and poetic film, shot in the company of inhabitants linked to the future of the Rhône, is a journey that prompts universal questioning of our relationship with nature and territory.

Dilovan’s programs in which she interviews survivors, returning refugees, fighters and poets, bring a sense of belonging to the broken lives of the listeners, who need to rebuild the city and their future. Dilovan tells her own story in a message to the child she may have one day. Shot over a period of three years the film is a bitter, intimate and poetic tale of trauma’s, healing, hope and love.
