Based on the 16mm films shot by Swedish cameramen in the late Sixties and enriched by a soundtrack, produced by Ahmir Khalib, gathering some of the most important figures in black music (Harry Belafonte, Talib Kweli, Erykah Badu), the film explores the Black Panthers movement, depicting the atmosphere of those years. Charismatic leaders like Angela Davis, Stokely Carmichael, Bobby Steale are representative of a radical change in American society and of the beginning of a period of fight and conflict which involved all Western societies. -
