International documentary film festival

The Festival dei Popoli in Beijing

From April 20 to April 26, 2010 will be held in Beijing the first edition of the IIF - INTERNATIONAL IMAGE FORUM (China Italian International Image Documentary Forum), organized by Festival dei Popoli and Beijing Kong Hou Miao Yin Culture Co. with the collaboration of Italian Cultural Institute of Italian Embassy, Ullens Center for Contemporary Art and Broadway Cinematheque MOMA.

The programme includes three sections:

1) ITALIAN CHRONICLES
A selection of 16 Italian documentaries from 2000 to 2009 to describe contemporary Italy: its people, its history, its culture, its traditions and arts. All films are provided by the Festival dei Popoli Film Archives.
